Hildegarde J. Gebhard, 92, 1111 S. Lakemont Ave., Winter Park, died Wednesday. Born in New York City, she moved to Winter Park from Mount Vernon, N.Y., in 1952. She was a homemaker and a member of Winter Park Presbyterian Church. She was a member Central Florida Wellesley Club, North End Circle of Winter Park Garden Club, Winter Park Women's Club and Orlando Country Club. Survivors: son, Karl TE, Washington, D.C.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, Goldenrod.

Mrs. Gebhard was the widow of Karl / Charles Gebhard. She was also a member of the Third Friday Book Club - the longest running book club in the history of Central Florida. She was first mentioned in club minutes as hostess for the club meeting in May 1961 and last mentioned in a list of members in November 1984.
