Martin Thomas Ricket, son of Harold Nelson Ricket and Madeline Haas, was born on November 1, 1926 in Oberlin, Ohio. He served in the United States Navy from 1945-1946. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Ricket, and grandson Brent Allen Ricket. He died on July 25, 2006 in Orlando, FL and will be buried in Chapel Hill Cemetery. He came to Florida with his wife Doris and four children in the summer of 1964. He was a retired sheet metal worker. He is survived by two sons Sandy Guy Ricket and Martin Darryl Ricket both of Orlando, FL; two daughters Terri Susan Ricket and Sharon Joy Ricket, both of Orlando, FL; four grandchildren Robert Edward Ricket of Denver, IN, Jennifer Lynn Ricket of Orlando, FL, Cory Sylvia Ricket of Orlando, FL and Bradley Adam Ricket of Orlando, FL; and two great grandchildren Jocelyn Nicole Ricket and Baileigh Jade Ricket, both of Denver, IN.
A grave side service will be held on Friday, June 28, 2006. A Catholic priest from St. Isaacs Jogues Catholic Church will preside over the service. No funeral mass.
